2. Server logs
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technical server log data required for delivery and security of the website.
3. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the information you submit (name, e-mail address and message) solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the nature of the request.
We do not use analytics, marketing tools or tracking cookies. The form is protected only by a minimal anti-spam mechanism (honeypot field and form timing) hosted on our own server.
4. Video playback
Trailers and the opening film are hosted directly on our own STRATO webspace. Playing these videos does not require a connection to an external video platform.
5. Recipients and hosting
This website is hosted with STRATO. Submitted form messages are transmitted to office@commonframe.org. No separate newsletter or CRM system is used in this prototype.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to process the request and any related follow-up communication, subject to legal retention obligations.
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, insofar as the statutory conditions are met. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
